Activity 1: Who Am I?

2 Aim
 This is a pair activity to give students a chance to use phrases with to-infinitives and gerunds. The activity will improve the students' ability to use those phrases correctly.

3 Procedure
(1) JTE and/or ALT give the worksheets to the students.
(2) JTE and/or ALT explain what the students are expected to do.
 ① You will carry out this activity in pairs.
 ② You have a sheet of paper that shows some names horizontally on the top of the table and some key phrases vertically on the left.
 ③ (Task 1)You will be one of them in the name list, put a circle on the number of the person. But it is a secret to your partner who you have become.
 ④ (Task 2)You will ask your partner some questions using the key phrases and find out who your partner has become. And you will answer your partner's questions saying "Yes" or "No" according to the ○s and ×s in the table.
 * This is a game. The one who got the answer first is the winner.
(3) ALT and JTE look around and help the students carry out the activity well.
